Bartelt packager rebuild program
SEE US AT PACK EXPO CHICAGO 2012- BOOTH #4173HMC Products will rebuild your old Bartelt packager. The standard program includes:
- Strip, sandblast, and paint frame and all mechanical assemblies.
- Rebuild mechanical assemblies including auger fillers, if any.
- Replace all wiring with new tagged wiring.
- Replace components as necessary and label.
- Replace sequence switch assembly with new programmable limit switch (PLS).
- Repair pneumatic system as necessary.
- Provide new electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Install new electrically interlocked hinged guard door system.
- Options include:
- swing and pendant control (shown in picture)
- programmable logic controller (PLC) installation
- scale purchase and/or interface
- special shaped pouches
- servo, zipper, or standup conversions
- plus many more!
